    🌎 You will receive a summary email with a payment link to start to planning process.

  • ✨ We will plan your dream trip to your exact specifications within your desired budget.

    🗺️ You will be sent a digital itinerary to review and we can make any adjustments.

    • Your balance will be due approximately 30 days before your arrival date depending on the trip we have designed.

    Your personalised Travel Documents (& gift bag 😎) will be sent to you via post in time for the start of your adventure!

    There is no guarantee that any two trips will be the same due to availability, budget and most importantly…your customised preferences!

  • Every trip is completely customised to your budget and preferences. Every element from accommodation, to transportation and activities are booked directly as you would do yourself.

    We avoid the industry’s third party-providers who have fixed rates and mark ups.

    This means we can create a trip for pretty much every budget keeping the costs as low as possible.

  • Step 1: FREE consultation call

    Step 2: Trip proposal provided and final budget confirmed

    Step 3: 200 USD deposit & planning fee

    Step 3: Remaining balance due approx 30 days before your trip*

    *Accommodation and services will be booked with free cancellation wherever possible during the booking process.

    **Remaining balance is due the day before the first free cancellation expires.

    What is the average margin in the travel industry?

    • 35-50%

    How much does Vagrant charge?

    • 20%

    • This will be factored into your custom budget.

  • Cancelled after deposit:

    • 200 USD deposit non-refundable

    Cancelled after final balance paid:

    • We will do our best to claim back as much money as possible which will depend on how close to arrival you cancel

    • ALWAYS have travel insurance to protect yourself of you need to cancel
